近日,厦门大学卓春祥团队研究了钼催化可控羰基脱氧偶联和形式脱氧N-H插入反应分异合成2-喹啉酮和吲哚啉-3-酮。该研究于2025年4月16日发表于在《中国化学》杂志上。
研究组报道了通过前所未有的钼催化可控羰基脱氧偶联和正式的脱氧N-H插入反应,2-喹啉酮和吲哚啉-3-酮的发散合成。通过简单地改变钼催化条件,从相同的起始材料中以通常良好的收率和高化学选择性生产了这两类产品。该策略稳健、方便,可快速构建多样化的产品库。

Abstract: The divergent synthesis of 2-quinolinones and indolin-3-ones through unprecedented Mo-catalyzed controllable carbonyl deoxygenative coupling and formal deoxygenative N—H insertion reactions was reported. By simply changing the molybdenum catalytic conditions, both product categories were produced in generally good yields and with high chemoselectivities from the same starting materials. This strategy was robust, convenient and ready for the rapid construction of diverse product libraries.
