研究通过连续流电化学直接脱羧磷酸化氨基酸,这一成果由厦门大学化学化工学院徐海超课题组经过不懈努力而取得。这一研究成果于2025年2月24日发表在国际顶尖学术期刊《中国化学》上。
在此,研究团队提出了一种新的电化学方法,用于α-氨基酸直接脱羧磷酸化成α-氨基膦酸盐,α-氨基膦酸盐是各种生物活性化合物的关键结构元素。这种方法不需要强化学氧化剂和涉及初步转化的两步过程,使其成为一种更直接的合成工具。该方法成功的关键是在酸性溶液中在阳极表面建立微环境,以促进选择性阳极脱羧和随后的C-P形成。连续流电合成工艺通过并联反应器的连续生产,保证了良好的工艺条件和良好的可扩展性。

Title: Direct Decarboxylative Phosphorylation of α-Amino Acids via Continous-Flow Electrochemistry

Abstract: Herein we present a novel electrochemical method for the direct decarboxylative phosphorylation of α-amino acids to α-amino phosphonates, a key structural element in various biologically active compounds. This method bypasses the need for strong chemical oxidants and 2-step processes involving preliminary conversions, making it a more straightforward synthetic tool. Key to the success of the method is to establish a microenvironment on the anode surface in an acidic solution to facilitate selective anodic decarboxylation and subsequent C–P formation. The electrosynthetic process in continuous flow ensures benign conditions and excellent scalability through continuous production with parallel reactors.
