据介绍,神经系统是人体的主要调节系统。传统理论认为肿瘤缺乏神经支配。近来,越来越多的研究表明,肿瘤和神经系统之间存在复杂的双向相互作用。在全球范围内,结直肠癌(CRC)是第三大最常见的癌症。随着肿瘤神经科学的兴起,神经系统失衡在CRC发生发展中的作用越来越受到关注。然而,关于CRC神经系统的相互作用和机制的研究仍有许多空白。
研究人员系统回顾了近年来有关神经系统与CRC双向关系的研究,主要集中在以下几个方面:(1)神经系统对癌症的影响。(2)CRC对神经系统的影响。(3)与神经系统相关的CRC的治疗。

Title: Crosstalk Between the Nervous System and Colorectal Cancer

Abstract: The nervous system is the dominant regulatory system in the human body. The traditional theory is that tumors lack innervation. However, an increasing number of studies have shown complex bidirectional interactions between tumors and the nervous system. Globally, colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer. With the rise of tumor neuroscience, the role of nervous system imbalances in the occurrence and development of CRC has attracted increasing amounts of attention. However, there are still many gaps in the research on the interactions and mechanisms involved in the nervous system in CRC. This article systematically reviews emerging research on the bidirectional relationships between the nervous system and CRC, focusing on the following areas: (1) Effects of the nervous system on colon cancer. (2) Effects of CRC on the nervous system. (3) Treatment of CRC associated with the nervous system.
